Will I have to pay additional taxes or duties
The answer is yes and no.
Do I need to create an ECosì account to place my order.
You don't need to create an account. We will just ask you some details for shipping and email address to update you wil your purchase.
I cannot login, forgot my password
In login page you will find a link "Forgot password". Click that link, insert your email address and you will get a link a new link for creating your password.
Can I buy Ecosì in stores?
At the moment we are setting only online store, however we believe that very soon you will see our products on the shelfs and we will let you know about it!

How can I pay?
We accept debit-credit card payments and PayPal.
How long does the shipping take?
The standard shipping will take 2-4 working days. If we are shipping abroad, it can take 7-10 working days.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you would like to change the shipping address, please contact us before you receive the confirmation letter that your underwear is shipped. Unfortunately you won't be able to change the address once the parcel is shipped.
Do you ship to my country?

Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you want to do any changes or cancel the order, please contact us via email or phone, and we will sort it out it for you. Just make sure you do it before shipment confirmation.
How can I track my package?
First of all you will get an email about shipped undies. Then we will provide you the tracking number of our shipment company.
Can I return the purchased items?
If you feel you did an emocional shopping, you are fine to return product which are in original packaging and unopen. For hygienical reasons we cannot accept open packaging.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If you haven't received your underwear, please contact us and we will try to help you to find them.

What is my size?
We know inline shopping can be tricky for sizing. We have created a size guide that should help you find the right size - you can find the size on e-shop. If you still have questions regarding size, do not hezitate to contact us we we will try to help you
How to care my ECosì underwear?
We reccomend to eash ECosì underwear at 30 degrees. You can keep your underwear clean by washing in cold water and hanging dry to save energy. We believe in saving the environment whenever it is possible. Use a good detergent and wash with the lowest degree possible. We recommend to not use the dryer so your undier will serve you longer.
What are my pants made of?
Our bikini pants and thongs are made og 95% premium GOTS certified organic cotton. The remaining 5% is elastane for stretch and to stay in shape all day.
How my pants are made?
Our goal is to minimize the impact our fabrics have on the environment, the factory workers, and on the human body. We are focused on making sure that our factories ensure good conditions for their workers and manufacture the product with minimal impact on the environment.
What is your packaging like?
We wonàt contribute to more plastic ending up in the nature and the ocean. We send your ECosì panties in carboard packaging.
